Engineering-led decisions
Repair recommendations come from a licensed engineering firm, not a sales inspection.
Endura Structural is a Central Texas structural repair contractor for detached single-family homes. Owned by licensed engineers, it was built to bring engineering discipline, clear recommendations, and accountable construction into one better process.
Endura was founded around a simple belief: homeowners should understand what their property actually needs before anyone proposes a repair. That is why Endura’s process begins with an evaluation from a licensed Professional Engineer — through Criterium-Williams Engineers, our affiliated firm, or any Texas-licensed engineer you choose.
Endura exists to deliver the right repair, not the same repair. Our owners have evaluated homes across Central Texas as engineers for more than a decade, and some of the most troubled foundations they’ve seen had already been repaired, often with a method that didn’t fit the problem. Endura was built so that doesn’t happen on our watch.
Repair recommendations come from a licensed engineering firm, not a sales inspection.
The right answer ranges from no action at all to monitoring, site improvements, soil treatments, or structural repair.
When repair is needed, Endura builds from the engineer’s recommendation with a clear scope of work, bringing in the right specialist crew for each part of the job and managing it from start to finish.
Every project ends with a closeout package: before-and-after floor elevation surveys, photos of the work at key stages, and a pile log recording each pile’s location, depth, and refusal force.
Every area Endura underpins carries a lifetime warranty against settlement that transfers to future owners. Endura is insured, and permits are pulled wherever the city requires them.
